FABIO MONACO
Born in Naples on 2 August 1960. On 26 November 1982 he graduated with first-class honours in Law at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
After obtaining a postgraduate degree in tax law from the University “L.U.I.S.S.” of Rome, he worked for several years as a lawyer in Rome at a well-known international law firm having its Italian branches in Rome, Milan and Padua.
He has been a Notary since 1992 in the district of Lucca, first based in Lucca, then based in Viareggio, Via Leonardo da Vinci 18. He has held the position of Member of the Board of Directors in the bank “Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, Pisa e Livorno spa” and Member of the Board of Directors of “Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca”.
In the specific notarial field, he has held the position of member of the “Tuscan Regional Notarial Committee” and Councillor of the “District Notarial Council of Lucca”. He is currently a member of the Regional Disciplinary Board (CO.RE.DI) of the Tuscany Region.

NICOLA LUCCHESI
Born in Lucca on October 15, 1977. On 24 October 2001 he graduated in Law at the University of Pisa.
He passed the competitive examination for the appointment as notary, announced by D.D. (Directorial Decree) 28.12.2009.
Since 24 May 2014 he has been a notary in Viareggio.
He is a member of the Tuscany Regional Notary Committee and of the Observatory on Tax Law established within the same Committee.
Notary Lucchesi receives in Viareggio office and, on Mondays and Thursdays, in the secondary office in Pietrasanta.
LUISA TROMBETTA
Born in Rome on 29 January 1978. On 16 May 2002 she graduated with first-class honours in Law at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
She qualified as a lawyer and became member of the Law Society of Rome on 30 November 2006.
She passed twice in a row the competitive examinations for the appointment as a notary, announced by D.D. (Directorial Decrees) of 28.12 2009 and 27.12.2010 respectively.
Since September 2018 she has been Notary in Pietrasanta.
She is currently a member of the Notarial Council of Lucca.
